Walking upright without a foot to stand on,

out of the cave,

inflexible, tall and un-broken,

forlorn with a belief of non-obscurity,

fearlessly tempered, dismal curmudgeons,

trudging though a dimly lighted chamber

 advanced upon opportunity.

Fostering mischief,

tempered in the affliction of their own heart,

  they desired to posses more,

 as  their dawn unfolded;

so then, we followed,

folded wetly over,

tracing the foot-steps

of our ancestors.
