If I suddenly leave, I already leave a note, that you hope, didn't feel alone anymore, even I'm not in this world anymore

[Last Note 1]

Last season

Last time

The last chance

I see everyone I love

Last joy

Last tears

Last moment

Last gift

Falling snow

Down floating

Like feather

Carried by wind

The frame

Of this memory

Permanently marked

As the last story

Your gift

Your smile

Your joy

Our moment

Our feeling

Our share

All of us

As togetherness

Beneath this tree

Where we start our story

Never die out

Even by time

Sparkle in the sky

Sustain our foundation

A lullaby sang

A sonata heard from afar

Never leave blank space

Between our life

Unmeasurable pulchritude

Of our diary

This lively life

Soon meet its finale

I soon depart

As the other being you can't see

Blithe live

Ignored our fault together

No matter

How many strokes we fault made

Now, it's the time

I will leave you

Forever and ever

But remember

Our diary

Our time

Our road

We have passed together
