"Do you hear something?" Alice asked, as she lathered up in the bathhouse. "It kind of sounds like scratching, or hissing."

Darlene shrugged. "It's probably the owner's cat."

"Hee! Hee! Hee!" the scrawny creature, with gray, scraggly hair, a hooked nose, and red eyes, crept under the bench. "Now, that's nice!" he said, as he watched Alice rinse off her breasts. He reached out to carress her.

The creature awoke in an alley surrounded by cans of booze. He looked into the broken fragment of a mirror. "What the hell just happened? My wings are gone. I can feel pain now. In fact, I think I'm hungover."

A hooded figure appeared from the alley carrying a cross.

"Get away! The creature shrieked. "You know I can't stand those!"

"Bannik! the hooded figure replied, "You were supposed to be the guardian of saunas, and bathhouses! You have broken the rules by trying to spy on people during private moments! I have stripped away your immortality! I've adorned each bathing area with a religous symbol, so you can never enter them again!"
