The Last March

Banners high and swords drawn. Determination in every face, yet we are going to be defeated. So mighty is our foe that we can not hope for victory. We're outnumbered. Not ten times, not hundred times. Thousand times. Pure evil drives our enemy. The gates of hell itself have opened to unleash the horde upon us. We can hear their march from a thousand miles away. Stomping feet, clashing steel and pounding drums. No. This battle we will not win. We will not return home this time with victory tales on our lips. The warm fires and the sweet kisses of our spouses we will experience no more. Tonight we will fall. But we will not fall back! Forward we march! We will thrust our weapons right into their hearts! For every foot of soil they will pay a bitter toll. These bastards will drown in their own blood. Every wound we get will make us fight more fierce. With fire in our eyes and rage in our hearts we will storm foward! We'll bring devastation to their lines and make them fear us! So sound the marching drums! Raise your weapons! Forward! ONWARD TO GLORY!
