My View on Leadership:

This is my article on leadership. All leaders need good plans and creative ideas to make the country prosper and they’ll eventually become great leaders. This comes down to the leaders and how they run the establishments that they’re in voluntary or paid.
I have not lived long, but I remember standing for head boy at my school and Business and Language College. It felt like I was campaigning on why I would make the best candidate for the job. Unfortunately I lost but not by much. After that I became a 6th form ambassador. Also I belong to a spiritual group where are eight positions in the spiritual committee that runs the group there certain roles to play. Another example, of leadership is the UK government and how they’re running the country. There has been so many leaders who have the UK government and they make a cabinet on who they think can assist them for their time as leader.
This is done in my spiritual group who have four years maximum to be in their committee role that they are doing. If we look at this it is done in all jobs and organisations voluntary or paid. But their intentions need to be genuine and selfless to make all companies and organisations’ leaders need to do it to make them successful and there they’ll be great leaders.
