At the Heart of the Beast, lies fire and fury like never seen.

Hell on earth has come, rising it screams.

It does not feel, it is nothing but a beast,

And as you flea from the war zone all it does is feast.

The Beast does not think, it devours.

The torture could last from minutes to hours.

You can beg or you can send out a prayer,

But the Beast will not care.

And before you know it everything will be gone,

You will gaze with disbelief under the breaking dawn.

And the beast still stands, stronger than God.

Some stare in fear others are awed.

Will the Beast now show mercy?

Or does it still crave the blood of innocent man?

You will not know until it strikes,

Only the Beast knows its plan.

You cannot stop it so don’t even try,

Only on its own will the beast choose to die.

So don’t ever think it’s safe to sleep.

Because it won’t be as long as you live in the shadow of the Beast.
