Prove they're wrong by walking on regardless

Does it matter
if people like you

Does it matter
if they hate your guts

Hate you

It's saddening

It's lonely

But that's only if you
acknowledge
their claims of power

They're human

And you're human too

Only

Human

So walk on
because you'll never

Prove them wrong

If you're standing still

WOW, this is a powerful poem. I especially love the last line- it really resonates with me. The repetition makes it especially compelling. Absolutely beautiful!
