Tweedledee and Tweedledum

Were walking down a strawberry road

Tweedledee said, “Isn’t that strange?

We thinks me saw a three eyed toad.”

“That’s not strange,” said Tweedledum,

“There is a pond right over there!

What would really be stranger than strange

Would be an aquatic-webfoot hare!”

“Sounds like fun, a hare that swims.

Let's go search for one,”

Said Tweedledee, with a wink of the eye,

To his clueless friend, --- Tweedledum.

“We can’t do that,” said Tweedledum,

“We are not so fast as a hare

Besides, you forget, we have no boat,

We would surely drowned out there!”

“It’s just a pond,” was his friend’s reply,

“It’s only a foot or so deep,

But if you’re afraid of being wet

Let’s go search for Little Bow Peep.

She could dry us off with a sheep!”
