I miss my blue Rose
I stand in the snow
Down town I linger
My heart pierced by a stinger
I look into the eyes of other
One stands alone
One is with another
There are two talking calmly
And there's a kid with her mother
I notice they all carry on
Nothing seems so wrong
And I remember your eyes
An electric blue-white
I think of all the times
When you would hug me oh so tight
I wish you were with me here
You always helped me see so clear
I love you even now
It's hard to forget your lack of doubt
You made me feel so light
Seems like that was left behind
With you
My blue Rose
The one who loved her tunes
And the one gone too soon
I really, really miss you.
