Hi Governor,friends for justice in vermont would like to write to you on behalf of a widower who at the hands of joe benning lost his homes,bank accounts and truck in the case caledonia family court dkt#101-5-03cadm filed june 16th 2004. The widowers wife used cash $30.000,00 to allegedly buy Judge Walter Morriss . Judge Morriss refused to allow the widower 10 days to get another lawyer to represent him and 8 widowed children from his 1st marriage. Furthermore a local cop by the name Bickford has been allowed to bash down the widowers door while he was away with vermont national guard in 2005 task force saber and once more too without consequences.
I do not understand why Joe benning is above the law
I do not understand why Joe Benning is not disbarred
are you and the State of Vermont cowards towards looking into this travisty of justice?
