“Mum I miss you” is a poem about an orphan expressing the feelings of missing a mother to death, How lonely it could be to have lost the one who is so dearly and caring to you, in metaphorical
expression he quote “It was the host of hell unleashed on me”. And that of a simile, he quotes “like the handshake of a notorious bee” the comparison was to identify the painful feelings of losing
a lovely mother. The lost was a battle for him, “how I wish you were here mum” “Tears trickle down my eyes, behold a new album”, losing a mother to him was a new dawn, life from the beginning. In
stanza three he talks more about the good memories of his mother, and concluded, “How I wish death have cures” But that was unfortunate for him. He hopes that the death of her mother was the will
of God and the course of the death (gun) and for him to join the mother when his time comes. Read stanza 4-5. Dedicated to all the orphans in the world,j who lost their mother……

O! How I wish you were here mum!

It was the host of hell unleashed on me

Tears trickle down my eyes, behold a new album

The death, like the handshake of a notorious bee

Mom your death was a pain

Our great moments lost in time

More like tears in the rain

Words cannot explain, not even my rhyme

The memories of your touch and care

The flavor of the great heart of yours

Was strictly not for short time to bear

It hurt me! How I wish death have cures

It’s hard to believe she is gone

The memories seem not to have a replace

I hope it’s the will of God, not the gun

Well, the reality has come, I have to face

Mum, I wish you well in your new world

In my funeral, I shall dine with you

We shall surely dance free to the cord

Mum I miss you like the plants to dew
