What would life be without fame?

I wonder, sometimes, for the nights are not so short if there is no sleep.

And who would I be, had fame overtaken me?

Would you recognize me?

Would you toss and turn at night, thinking of the things that you could’ve been, had you been...famous?

It’s haunting, isn’t it, knowing that fame is merely a Russian roulette of the people you know,

the things you see,

the places you are at all the right and wrong times.

Will it haunt you, knowing that fame could turn you into somebody before you die?

Because all of us, like the rest of us, are nobody, until we aren’t.
