My heart rests on a wire

parallel flatline

in the urna minor.

There were times that I smiled

and there were times that I defiled .

Grain of moon dust in my hand

to make thy wish for faith

to have a leg to stand.

They never see my Polaris Shadow

because the ocular sights

have become shallow .

As it is, possessed by attack

as it is, the night turns black .

Can this love take me back ?

Can this love take me back ?

Burning in someone's dreams

fate in tessled fire

bed made with clean white sheets

reserved , for a heart's a liar.

They never see my Polaris Shadow

because love's a noose

hanging from the gallow.

Forever strangled by their own regrets

and forever tangled

in the lies of nets .

My heart rests on a wire

my heart rests on a wire .

Can this love take me back?
