Moving Feet

It starts with the base,

You put your headphones on,

Slowly your head bobs up and down,

Matching the rhythm and tune.

You walk down the street,

But you do not care about the scene,

Because your body is moving to a familiar beat.

Your lips move as you silently sing.

One step forward,

You tilt your head back.

One step back,

Suddenly you are playing air guitar

And hopping around on one leg.

There is joy in your heart,

A rhythm in your soul.

You grab some coffee,

Then your on the go.

If Life was a musical,

You would be the dancer in the background,

Laughing and having fun,

While you danced to your favourite song,

In your own amazing way,

While you keep your moving feet moving on.
