I may not be able to change the entire world,
But I will do my part,
And use the entirety of my heart.
Yes, I am only one voice among thousands,
But it will not be drowned
In the whirlwind of sound.
Even a small act can cause a ripple,
Spreading across the land
As each person takes a stand.
So I will not remain silent and stand aside,
But instead speak my mind,
In order for all to be just and kind.

We can certainly each play a tiny part in making the world a kinder place. Nice work, Amara.

Thalia Bronwen
An amazing and inspiring poem, especially in a world where it seems like all the noise of humanity drowns out many opinions. Thank you for reminding me that even the seemingly smallest deeds can have a colossal impact. Brilliant work! ??

Thank you,Thalia! I’ve decided to focus on poetry that focuses more on my thoughts and on reality rather than fantastical narratives. And for now, this is one of the only ways that I can express my opinions without the noise of the rest of the world drowning them out. :)
