Why I Killed You

It's been a hideous mistake

I've forgotten how serious you made it sound

When it came out of your mouth

I saw no meaning in the wonder and awe

So I sawed off your head

When I handed back my temporary brain

__back to who lent it to me

____I felt thee urge to burst into laughter

But I held back thee urge to laugh

Knowing that what's done is done

And cannot be undone

Things will never be the same

With you dead, and out of the picture

__it can't go back to how things were

The burn marks I left on your skull

__will always remind me

____of what a whore you were

______when you were alive

________and torturing me

It'll stay a happy ending

With the rest of your dead body

__lying underground forever more

Thee assumed fairy tale of your death

__will amuse me to sleep at night

And the love of you being gone

__will be all the warmth I need

____to be happy for once
