An Angel
- Yes, it's me. She says confused
It's early in the afternoon. The weather is unusually cold to be in May. It is raining and blowing so much that the trash cans fall. She is at work. But her job is disturbed by a phone call. A phone call that will change her life forever. She has 2 children, 2 daughters. The oldest is 15 and the youngest is 9. But she is often at work so she barely sees her children. It is usually her husband who makes sure the children are feed and do their homework. Her oldest daughter is called Luna.
Luna has had a hard time getting friends. Luna thinks she does not deserve friends. So she has been most hostile to everyone who comes close. But she is very good at school. When Luna was born her mother was very young and not ready to have children. Luna is an unwanted child. She has had it as a scar inside her. Unwanted. Luna does everything to forget. But she knows she could never forget. Her sister, on the other hand, was very planned and is very popular at school. She is always happy and energetic. She's happy. A feeling like Luna has been looking for her entire life. Luna has always been a bit impressed by her little sister that she is so happy and kind. Their father is the kindest father in the world. He is almost never angry and loves his family more than anything. Their father helps Luna and her sister with everything possible. It's mainly the little sister he helps because she is the one who asks. Little sister stays long at the dining table and has long discussions with the dad.
While Luna leaves as soon as she is done. Then she goes to her room. Her room is like her refuge. She is hiding in there. She hides from everything and everyone. She hates being alone. But she feels lonely wherever she goes, whether she's with other people or not. She will always feel lonely.
Luna is around 173 cm tall and has long black hair. She is skinny. She hates what she looks like.
Sometimes she wakes up in the middle of the night by having a dream. A dream of an event that has happened in reality a long time ago. It was 6 years ago. Their family took a trip to a beach. It was during the warmest days of the summer and their mother had been vacant from work. Luna's little sister does not remember that day because she was only 3 years old. but Luna remembers it so well. It was the best day in her life. It was the one time in Luna's life that she felt happy. The day at the beach was absolutely wonderful. The weather was so nice. It rained in the morning which caused the family to hesitate to go to the beach but Luna managed to persuade them. Fortunately, the weather was sunny and hot later in the day. When the sun stood high in the sky, the family sat on the beach. Luna wore her new bikini. Her little sister had her head in the mother´s lap and slept in her embrace. Mom tried desperately to put on Luna a little sunscreen factor. But that was impossible. Luna ran around trying to avoid her mother's hands. After a while, the mother gave up and let Luna go down to the water. Luna bathed for several hours. Just that day, it was like they were a normal family who loved each other and would do it forever. As if nothing would change. As if everyone would be happy.
After that, everything changed. Luna then understood that she was not like her little sister. She understood that she would not be like her. Nobody wanted her alive. Every night Luna has that dream she just wants to wake up. She does not want a reminder of how injurious she is. Luna already knows it would be better for her mother if she just disappeared. But she has promised herself to hold on until the best moment. Actually, she does not know what she's waiting for. According to her, the best moment is every second. Why not make the suffering short.
Sanna Luna's little sister is a nice girl with many friends. So she often comes home late because she has been with friends. Sanna is 157 cm and is a little thicker than her sister. The sisters had a very close contact until Sanna started school. Then something happened.  They used to share a bed every time Sanna was scared. They were more like friends than sisters. Now they barely speak. Luna is always in her room and does not want to be disturbed. Sanna misses their contact so much. Sometimes Sanna asks herself if it was her fault that they lost contact. Sanna knows that Luna is having trouble with friends and she can not help her with it.
Once when Sanna was alone, she went to Luna's room. In Luna's room, she found a book that Luna had written. Sanna took the book with her into her room and read it every night for about 2 months. The book described so much pain and so many emotions that it made her cry every time she read it. There was a quote that she loved. She wrote the quote on a piece of paper she hid in her room before she left the book. "You're an angel, even though you do not see it, you are. Butterflies can not see their beauty. They can only rely on other people to show them their beauty"
