The sun in a darkened sky,

Left there all alone.

No one knows why,

It's light had all gone.

The earth in another orbit,

Trapped by gravitational pull.

Again, its speed just isn't right,

It's rotating to the full.

The Moon, no longer there,

Left before the disaster came.

It was taken elsewhere,

And given another name.

A few of those on earth had been saved,

A new way of life had been paved.

Out, deep in the cosmic sea,

A new start for humanity.
