The road stretches forward, becoming a long grey undulating ribbon before disappearing into the distance. She starts to walk, one step then another. 

“Stay away. Everything I touch turns to crap. Not literal crap, bad luck crap. Call it a curse, Midas’ reverse. I’ll show you.”

Holly told Pam that she had dreamed that she was a mermaid making out with an underwater being that is known as Triton.

The world shrouded in darkness, could only use the moon as a beacon. Hope filtered down on the rays, blossoming into water-lilies, longing. 

As the blinding lightening lit up the dark sky and pair with the deafening claps of thunder, she knew it was almost time.

A bird sings a song of autumn to fall in the night. Then in the morning light, the song is heard no more.

 The War Drums sound as my paws pound and my claws scratch the dirt, creating the Rhythm of this Death March. Die Beautiful.
