Superman is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The origin story of Superman relates that he was born Kal-El on the planet Krypton, before being rocketed to Earth as an infant by his scientist father Jor-El, moments before Krypton's destruction. Early in his childhood, he displays various superhuman abilities, which, upon reaching maturity, he resolves to use for the benefit of humanity through a "Superman" identity. As an influential archetype of the superhero genre, Superman possesses extraordinary powers. He was described as faster than a speeding bullet. More powerful than a locomotive.

Ben was a "super man." He liked to greet everybody in the street. His extraordinary power was sympathy. He was not afraid of "Going All the Way" to "The Dark End of the Street" to find "Buffy the Vampire Slayer."

"I Killed My Lesbian Wife, Hung Her on a Meat Hook, and Now I Have a Three-Picture Deal at Disney."

Ben was "Dazed and Confused" by the crime Buffy committed as they had "School Ties." He couldn't believe she had turned into a vampire. And she couldn't believe he had turned into a super man. Ben had "Dogma." He would put justice first, and school ties second. For a reason he was part of the "Justice League" along with Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg.

To stop Buffy Ben had to "Live by Night." Buffy smoked "200 Cigarettes" a night. She was easy to track down. All Ben had to do to find her was to follow the cigarettes. However, Buffy was "The Sum of All Fears" because she knew Ben weakness, green Kryptonite. Ben needed a "Suicide Squad" to distract Buffy. He asked Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg to do it because the police forces and the army refused.

The only problem was that Ben had a rivalry with Batman that would lead to: "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice." They both wanted to lead the "Justice League." As the other members left the ballot blank during the elections to elect their new leader, and that Batman and Ben voted for themselves. They just couldn't overcome each other.

"To the Wonder" of Wonder Woman, The Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg, the "State of Play" between Batman and Ben didn't change from dawn to dusk. The "Forces of Nature" made them "Bounce" into the "Boiler Room" where they would continue their fight from dawn to dusk and from dusk to dawn. Tired of waiting for the end of the fight Wonder Woman, The Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg decided to vote for "Daredevil," a new member of the "Justice League."

"Surviving Christmas" after a "Stolen Summer," Buffy went to "Hollywoodland" to get her Three-Picture Deal at Disney. Daredevil located her with precision with the help of his radar sense, which was similar to echolocation. Then, the "Suicide Squad" formed by Wonder Woman, The Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg appeared to distract Buffy. Meanwhile, Daredevil attacked her from behind using his unique blends of the martial arts of Ninjutsu, Aiki-Jujutsu, Aikido, Judo, Karate, Jujitsu, Kung Fu, Silat, Capoeira, Wrestling, and Stick Fighting combined with American-style Boxing while making full use of his gymnastic capabilities to knock her out.

But what were Batman and Superman doing while it happened? They were still fighting from dawn to dusk and from dusk to dawn into the "Boiler Room." I think an "Armageddon" would be the only event that would stop their fight. Noting Superman's distinctly unbelievable powers, Daredevil took advantage of Ben's distraction (with Batman) to steal him his moment of glory as he had no chance to beat him in a fight.

"It doesn't matter how you get knocked down in life, because that's going to happen. All that matters is that you gotta get up."

Ben got knocked down by Batman when he learned Daredevil had stolen his moment of glory. "Glory Daze."

"No matter how much you change, you still got to pay the price for the things you've done."

Ben paid the price for not paying enough attention to Daredevil and paying too much attention to Batman.

"I just feel like sometimes I'm a force to be dealt with. My talents are sometimes overused and also sometimes underused. It's not easy being me."

It's probably easier to be Batman or Daredevil.

"I remember back when I was a kid there was a comic strip called Plastic Man. His body was elastic and he could make his extremities as long as he wanted. As a youngster I didn't fully appreciate. But I'm now thinking Plastic Man was probably pretty popular with the ladies."

Ladies like a Plastic Man more than a Super Man, a Ken more than a Ben.

"So, goodnight Ben. "Chasing Amy" will give you the opportunity to get back your moment of glory."
