The spell of life springs forth in terror

A sword held fast its name be’eth Fate

skies, emerald eyes do wake

And haunted minds beseech their error

Upon the winds of old, time seeps along moored leylines

Seeking every minute to devour

We’ve only started to breathe the darkened slate

When the final screech leaves the throat

It bemoans its soul o'er the air

Dispersing revenge in rage

Too many hearts have fallen o’er the days

And in the last, we do stand

Pandora’s hands clasp the gate

Trapping hope to be sealed away

Fanged fury, winged one

Fiery eyes and heated scream

Ancient magic, blackened sun

Ecliptic power rising unto heaven

Singes air with His tongue

One lone heart stands the stride

Chanting sorcery with a bladed sting

Gleaming light, pale crisp blue

Pierces the void and sees the end

A tale doth rends the Black Dragon’s head.
