What makes a hunter-gatherer into a civilised man and later into a successful Businessman?

We are all evolved from mycelium. Unintentionally hunter-gatherer had eaten Psilocybin and gotten wised up. Because of it, possibly, his evolving self-psych driving might have overridden
physiology.

Another interesting question! If so, how human psyche is much stronger than human physiology?

In the intriguing process of diagnosing mental illnesses, sometimes, there may not be wrong with neurology and also brain scanning does not diagnose psychological or mental illness. Diagnostic
tools confirm medical illness only such as an aneurysm or a tumour in brain etc.

Similarly, companies run on a human physical presence, but functional through human cerebral manifestation. While the mental performance is the input human resources, the productivity is
materialistic. When such quintessential performance goes awry, what do companies need? An experienced and boned-up consultant.

Generally, a consultant should be more interested in practice building. He should be particular and selective about reputation and nature of clients. In business, if anybody is mislaid or needed
directions, my time as a management consultant is to help them professionally.

Mostly, the consultant is surrounded by a lot of psychokinetic intelligent people such as clients, friends, club members and client company’s employees. A consultant’s habit is collecting strays.
If the consultant has too many clients then he is pushed right up to the edge and sometimes consultant also pushes himself over to the edge, it leads to the state of confusion, disorientation and
eventually lost himself in correcting the course of client companies.

The consult should not have mirror thinking; he should have creative thinking to have a therapeutic value to bring stability to client companies. Stability means foundation. In a way, Consultant’s
strong and astute psychological profile overrides client’s neurology.

An ugly caterpillar can become a beautiful butterfly. Likewise, a good consultant can turn a prototype into a full-scale model. He can change company’s ambience.

What does a consultant bring to companies?

A good consultant brings the relevant and reliable information to the right people at the right time in the organisation. He enables SMEs with…

1. Impartial feedback.

2. Balanced mindset.

3. Management wisdom and pieces of advice.

4. Creating a roadmap for future through strategic thinking and tactical survival.

5. Expertise

6. Market research.

7. Streamlines collected data and create a formal structure

8. Helps to deliver better services

Because of this, Company management can take improved decisions sooner and execute decisions faster in a meaningful actionable way.

A good consultant can establish a set of methods, and programmes for the effective performance of management, analytics for future goal outcomes, help to create predictive models. This system can
create a pathway for the organisation.

Messy information is always confused for data mining. Collected and stored data helps smaller companies find what they need without depending on other agencies. Remember there are uplinks that can
be traceable. Organised data helps to take strategic decisions faster. A good consultant can eschew inefficient business process and hidden pattern by some selfish executives, discover new
opportunities and identify areas of strength and weakness of resourceful people.

As a consultant, I have heard a lot of client versions of his success but he had a problem with his company. If he is successful, how come he had the problem? Ineptitude can be dangerous. The
problem simply is this; SMEs do not have core values and beliefs. Which also means that SME employees do not know it and even if, they know it, do not respect the organisational culture?

A good consultant also brings good Organisational professional and eudemonic culture.

1. Good values and beliefs. Values and beliefs drive attitudes. Attitude drives behaviour. Repeated behaviour becomes habits. Those good habits are important for productivity and performance.

2. Creating positive impact moments.

3. Helps executives to avoid coercive persuasion.

4. Instils intrinsic responsibility.

5. Avoids unethical manipulations at managerial and leadership level.

The positive SMEs need aforesaid vital 5 organisational culture point to accelerate small company’s growing exponentially.

An advice to active Consultants:

Of course, every consultant listens, goes through available data, then extrapolates the essentials and makes synoptic notes. Also, a good consultant always carefully reconstructs the thinking of
client entrepreneur. But never ever, the consultant should think as an entrepreneur. All entrepreneurs are selfish. Exemplary case studies help to find loose threads existed within.

All human beings have the special way of thinking. We have the brain that is designed to experience anxiety in small bursts. When it comes to the human psyche, it is filled with personality
deficient. Which implies that no human being is perfect? So, I am interested to build psychological profiles of my clients. I am more of an interior person than exterior, ever since I knew myself.

In my case, as a consultant, I take 7 days as buffer time and like to have a conversation myself about what I heard from client’s version. So carefully, I can tailor my own case study and stitch a
pursuit suit to dig into actual facts rather than dwell on client’s version as lying is the human veil.

If a consultant sees failure in near feature, do not take up the project. Just avoid it. Failures and apologies only burn bridges they build to other clients. For a professional consultant, a
failure or apology is like an ambush. It restricts and confines oneself within boundaries.

Why should anyone carry the burden, when the burden sucks. So does the consultant also. He cannot carry client’s burden. The client never allows any Consultant into his clandestine zone. So never
personally involve but professionally work the assigned project and just get out with good records. For all clients, consultant’s psychological or medicinal therapy does not work, because clients
do not let it work completely and successfully. A GOOD CONSULTANT MEANS ACCURATE, UNDERSTABLE AND ACTIONABLE FRIEND TO SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES.

What makes a hunter-gatherer into a civilized man and then later into a successful Businessman?

We are all evolved from mycelium. Unintentionally hunter-gatherer might have eaten Psilocybin and gotten wised up. Because of it, possibly, his evolving self-psych driving might have overridden physiology.  Another interesting question! If so, how the human psyche is much stronger than human physiology? Interestingly Psilocybin does not have any effect on animals except chimpanzees.

In the intriguing process of diagnosing mental illnesses, sometimes, there may not be wrong with neurology and also brain scanning does not diagnose psychological or mental illness. Diagnostic tools confirm medical illness only such as an aneurysm or a tumor in the brain etc.

Similarly, companies run on a human physical presence, but functional through human cerebral manifestation. While the mental performance is the input human resources, the productivity is materialistic. When such quintessential performance goes awry, what do companies need? An experienced and boned-up consultant.

Generally, all consultants interested in practice building. And consultants may differ in applying their wisdom and evaluated experience differently as situation demands.  But few consultants acts specifically and selectively, as they selected a few companies basing on their interested gamut.  To keep pace with, consultants are particular and selective about reputation and nature of clients also. In business, if anybody is mislaid or needed directions, my time as a management consultant is to help them professionally and partly personally.

Mostly, the consultant is surrounded by a lot of psychokinetic intelligent people such as clients, friends, club members and the client company’s employees. A consultant’s habit is collecting strays. If the consultant has too many clients then he is pushed right up to the edge and sometimes consultant also pushes himself over to the edge, it leads to the state of confusion, disorientation and eventually lost himself in correcting the course of client companies.

So, in anticipatory failures, consults should not have mirror thinking; he should have creative thinking to have a therapeutic value to bring stability to client companies. Because stability means foundation, all SMEs need the strong foundation. In a way, Consultant’s strong and astute psychological profile overrides client’s neurology.

An ugly caterpillar can become a beautiful butterfly. Likewise, a good consultant can turn a prototype into a full-scale model. He can change a company’s ambiance.

What does a consultant bring to companies?

A good consultant brings the relevant and reliable information to the right people at the right time in the organization. He enables SMEs with…

1.  Impartial feedback.

2.  Balanced mindset.

3.  Management wisdom and pieces of advice.

4.  Creating a roadmap for the future through strategic thinking and tactical survival.

5.  Expertise

6.  Market research.

7.  Streamlines collected data and create a formal structure

8.  Helps to deliver better services

Because of this, Company's management can take improved decisions sooner and execute decisions faster in a meaningful actionable way.

A good consultant can establish a set of methods, and programmes for the effective performance of management, analytics for future goal outcomes, help to create predictive models. This system can create a pathway for the organization.

Messy information is always confused for data mining. Collected and stored data helps smaller companies to find what they need without depending on other agencies.

Remember all the processed data has uplinks that help to trace any minor anomalies in a company. The correctly processed and organized data is thus helpful to take strategic decisions faster. A good consultant can eschew an inefficient business process and hidden pattern by some selfish executives, discover new opportunities and identify areas of strength and weakness of resourceful people.

As a consultant, I have heard a lot of client versions of his success but he had a problem with his company. If he is successful, how come he had the problem? Anybody's ineptitude in an organization can be dangerous.

The problem simply is this; SMEs do not have core values and true beliefs. SMEs only have the high expectations, huge objects, and bias beliefs but lack of actionable strategies, This pattern creates an inappropriate culture among employees. Which also means that SME employees do not know it, will not accept the fact and even if, they know it, do not respect the organizational culture?

A good consultant also brings good Organisational professional and eudemonic culture.

1.  Good values and beliefs. Values and beliefs drive attitudes. Attitude drives behavior. Repeated behavior becomes habits. Those good habits are important for productivity and performance.

2.  Creating positive impact moments.

3.  Helps executives to avoid coercive persuasion.

4.  Instills intrinsic responsibility.

5.  Avoids unethical manipulations at the managerial and leadership level.

The positive SMEs need aforesaid vital 5 organizational culture point to accelerate small company’s growing exponentially.

An advice to active Consultants:

Of course, every consultant listens, goes through available data, then extrapolates the essentials and makes synoptic notes. Also, a good consultant always carefully reconstructs the thinking pattern of his clients/entrepreneur. But a good consultant never ever gives up.  The consultant should think as an entrepreneur. All entrepreneurs are selfish. Exemplary case studies help to find loose threads existed within. So these entrepreneurs never let a good consultant deep dive into more facts.  These SMEs project surface problems and ask for solutions.  I advise my colleague consultants, ignore such clients or entrepreneurs.

All human beings have the special way of thinking. We have the brain that is designed to experience anxiety in way of small bursts. When it comes to the human psyche, it is filled with personality deficient. Which implies that no human being is perfect? So, I am interested to build psychological profiles of my clients. I am more of an interior person than exterior, ever since I knew myself. I for myself as a consultant never entertain clumsy new clients.

In my case, as a consultant, I take 7 days as buffer time and like to have a conversation within myself about what I heard from the client’s version, so that I can carefully tailor my own case study and stitch a pursuit suit to dig into actual facts rather than dwell on the client’s version as lying is the human veil.

If a consultant sees failure in near feature, do not take up the project. Just avoid it. Failures and apologies only burn bridges they build to other clients. For a professional consultant, a failure or apology is like an ambush. So be restraint and confine oneself within boundaries.

Why should anyone carry the burden, when the burden sucks us. Sod off.  The consultant cannot carry the client’s burden. The client never allows any Consultant into his clandestine zone. So never personally involve but professionally work the assigned project and just get out with good records. For all clients, consultant’s psychological or medicinal therapy does not work, because clients do not let it work completely and successfully.
