Pieces of me you have found,

I am shattered all around.

You have hurt; you have betrayed,

This is the damage that you’ve made.

I saw you touch her; don’t deny,

I felt the ire; and began to cry.

What went on inside your head?

I simply snapped and just saw RED!

Consumed with madness; I struck your face,

You have betrayed me; you’re a disgrace.

I scraped my knees when I fell down,

I yelled and screamed in such a frown.

How could you do this; and just why?

That I was enough felt like a lie.

And though you’re “sorry” as you explain,

It cannot take away this pain.
