This hole I’ve been left with has left me abysmal;
An abyssal, deep pain like a hellfire pistol.
Tell me it’s alright, that bad endings end;
Pretend like the good times don’t likewise descend.

I’m sure I’ll be fine so long as I cry,
Yet anguish defies to just leave me and die.
I want to forget this, I want this to end
While contending the madness from losing a friend.

Laugh at me, please, and call me your jester;
I must temper this grin so the rest doesn’t fester.
I don’t wish to lie since what lies at the end
Depends on how many mistakes I don’t mend.

My walls are collapsing as far kingdoms come;
Summoned by voices that scream me to run.
Return me my silence, I miss it so dearly.
Sincerely: Your Heart, heavy and weary.
