Tears stream down happy faces as we cheer.
Are we happy, are we sad, who truly knows for real?
We are the frowning clowns of this life.
We jest about all the agony and strife.
Laughter is the best medicine even in grief.
Don't let anyone tell you it's not funny, because it is indeed.
This whole existence is a big comedy.
Dancing on stage for the Gods to witness.
Jesters of kings that we cannot ever see.
So laugh and jest at every bit of our lives.
We are here as comedy so play along with the strife.
Remember your role, remember your place.
Jesters to kings and queens with no face.

I like the idea behind this very much. Good job with the poem.
