My own was banished,

long ago I saved,

your love letters,

how I still kiss them,

I will never know.

You told us not to look back,

long ago I saved,

my memories of late,

how I still keep them,

I will never know.

We told ourselves to grow up,

long ago we grew apart,

we are not who we were,

how we became them,

neither of us will know,

They loved us better,

than we loved them,

how we forgave each other,

I will never know;

love letters smell so differently,

than the first time,

they were kissed,

the first time,

we pressed our lips;

good-bye.
