At night arrived a snake
that made everyone awake
Worried and worried one and all
hurried and hurried onto the wall

Mother caught it with a stick
with that gave a strong kick
A corner restricted it
Everyone began to hit

It wept for it's life which is dearest
and crept for death which is nearest
The snake struggled to save
the life which now it gave

Red blood came from it's head
said good bye to the past life it had lead
Picking out the breathe from a being
represents 'beastly-nature' the saying
