They Know.

They know, you know,

those pigs

as they are herded

and forced

into the two-storey

death truck.

Pigs to the slaughter,

they push,

shove,

panicked squeals

all the way,

to face their

execution.

Too much to hear,

I bow my head,

hold back a tear.

I wonder

did you even know,

that they know?
