She takes a deep breath before catching a tide,

With only her emptiness guiding her path;

Exhausted from watching her memories collide,

And coming alive, after what seemed like death.

Though struck by the lightning from yesterday’s pain,

Through thunderstorm clouds, she unravels with patience;

Dreams, they don’t anymore seem far away,

When born ‘mongst the world of her imagination.
