Our little prince, you’ve turned one
Our blessings have always been, and will be with you

Wish you get all the success and happiness in this world

It was 6th february, 7th Rabiluakhar

When your dad messaged, your mom was in labour

Running we came, a bit excited a bit of pressure

Your mom was suffering, she was in terrible pain

So we all kept waiting outside labour room

Keeping our hopes sustained

Finally the time came, 1 1:37

When I saw you from far lying by your mom’s side

Oh! That moment was heaven

I asked the nurse weather it was a girl or boy

The nurse smiling, replied a boy

We were so happy, thanking god in joy

When I came to see you in your cradle

Making soft noises, red faced, hands white as snow

You were in our world, you had won the battle

12th february was your name ceremony

I was the one praying it for the first time

You were blessed with a name that I said proudly

Today is your birthday, a year has passed

We all have gathered here to celebrate this day

We have seen you growing day by day, time has really gone fast

If god wishes, one day you’ll be an adult

Have a wife, children and be independent

We might be near we might be far, always remember we love you a lot

Our little prince, you’ve turned one

Our blessings have always been, and will be with you

Wish you get all the success and happiness in this world
