A Blue House by The Beach

I want to run bare-footed across the warm and soft sand by the ocean. I want to feel the waters on my feet, each wave caressing and caring for my being. And I want the sun to send gently beams of light that will reflect upon the dark blue ocean.

I want to live in a blue house by the ocean, only me and my thoughts. I want to be able to look upon the shore and think of each grain of sand as a story yet to be told.

Each morning, I will wake up at dawn with a smile on my face and breathe the serenity of the ocean. I will run bare-footed on the sand and I will pick one grain of sand and I will take it back to my blue house. I will place the grain of sand inside a jar, on my desk, next to that one old photograph. I will pay close attention to the golden grain and listen to what it has to say.
