My darling, I’d carve you a diamond,

and grant you the keys to your throne.

A million nebulas shining

will whisper: you’re never alone.

My darling, I’d catch a star for you,

and leave my bare hands here to bleed:

My soul, as my heart’s torn apart in two,

is one open book you can read.

My darling, I’ll build you a castle,

a dazzling, marvelous scene.

I’ll write your life’s fairytale better:

you’ll spark up the silver screens.

I know your life’s clouded with raindrops -

they’ll fade in my tender caress,

So dance with me under the rainbow,

forgetting the sorrows of past.

Cause when you’re alone in your own curfew,

and shutting the world down in peace,

My darling, I’ll catch a star for you,

that fills up your sky’s puzzle piece.

For you, I’d unravel the secrets of time,

so you’d have the world in your hands;

I’ll glare at the sky just to see you shine,

and - maybe! find happiness...
