Cookie and Daisy’s Same Nightmare

Chapter 1:

Cookie sat up on her bed and started

yawning

“Wow, what a dream.” She thought to

herself.

 But stopped midway and suddenly

looked around the room

“Whoa, hold on.

Where am I?” This isn’t my room

“Okay Cookie, don’t freak.

There’s a perfectly good reason on why you

just woke up in a totally strange

 room.” She mumbled to herself

she slowly  got and searched the room until

she found the light switch

of course they don’t work

she took out a small key chain flashlight

 out of her pocket

and clicked it on

“Whoa,

this place looks like it hasn’t been lived

in for years.

So how did I ended up here

“Oh who cares, Cookie,

all you should care about is getting

 out of here

Right now.”

 She frowned to herself

Cookie slowly made her way out of

 the room.

And into a long dingy hallway

She was nearly down the hall.

When a voice called out to her

“Cookie?” What are you doing here?”

“Daisy?

” I was about to ask you the

 same question.” Cookie frowned

“Don’t know.

 I can’t remember do you?”

Have any clue on how or why we’re here?”

 Daisy shrugged

“No, all I remember was working on my

 writing assignment

 before going to bed.

Then having a terrible nightmare about

 trying to escape this building

Before it explodes. Into a big ball of.”

 Cookie began

“Fire.” Daisy finished for her

“Yah!” but how did you know?”

 Cookie asked

“I know this is going to sound totally crazy.

But I think that we had the same

nightmare.”

 Daisy told her

“That’s crazy!”

How can we both have the same dream?”

 Cookie cried out

“Shh, did you hear that?”

 Daisy interrupted her

No what?

“It sounded like something is moving

 around downstairs.” Daisy answered

“Moving around what?” Cookie frowned

“How, do I know Cookie?”

I don’t even know how we got here?”

Daisy smirked

“Hey, what if we were in an accident.

And hit our heads or something

 that’s why we can’t remember

“And maybe,

 those our parents downstairs looking

 for us.”

 Cookie suddenly suggested

“I highly doubt it.

But it wouldn’t hurt to go downstairs

and find out.”

Daisy shrugged

Chapter 2:

When they went downstairs

they bumped into two bull dogs

 dressed all in black

“Well, there you two are.

We’ve been looking for you girls,

 all over.”

One of the bull dogs smiled

Then went to grab for Cookie’s collar

Who without thinking she reached over

and flipped him over onto the floor

Noticing that his friend was in trouble

 the other

bull dog rushed over towards them

but Cookie saw him and quickly moved

out of the way tripping the

other dog on top of the other

 knocking them out cold

“Oh wow,

who taught you how to do that?”

Daisy asked her in an amazed tone

 of voice

Cookie who was just amazed smiled

 then answered

“Have no clue, but that was pretty cool

 if I do say myself.

But we better leave before they wake up

“I’m not sure if I could do that again.”

“I got a better idea. Why don’t we tie

 them up?”

 And when

they wake up we can ask them

Why we’re here.”

 Daisy suggested

Chapter 3:

A few minutes later the two dogs snapped

 their eyes open

And started struggling with the ropes

“Untie us right now!”

 One of them demanded

“Not until you tell us who you two

 are

and why were you looking for us?”

 Daisy frowned

“You really need to untie us

and let us take you back to the lab.

 That machine must’ve done

something to your memories.”

 The other dog added

Both Cookie and Daisy looked at them

 as they were nuts

What lab

But before any of them could answer

Daisy held up a small card

 and asked

“What’s the kid’s spy house?”

Is that the lab you’re talking about?”

“We’re not going to answer any of

your questions

until you untie us. Right now!”

 The bull dog smirked

“Never mind then,

 we’ll figure it out ourselves.

 Thanks for nothing.”

Daisy smirked back as she and Cookie

walked out of the front door

Once they were outside Daisy looked up

 to the sky and said

“Okay, the sun sets in the east.

And by the looks on this map

the lab should be somewhere in

 that direction

“We’ll just follow the sun and hopefully

 it’ll lead us there.”

“And we know this how?”

 Cookie asked

“Don’t know.

It just popped into my head.”

Daisy shrugged

“I guess Vicky,

isn’t the only smart one in our group

 anymore!”

She added laughing

 Chapter 4:

A few minutes later they came across a

 big wooden fence

That stretched in both direction

 along

the side of it was a sign

that read:

Top Secret Base

Enter At Your Own Risk

They walked for a few more minutes when

a security guard stopped them

“You kids, don’t belong here.”

“Umm, how do you know?”

We don’t know that’s why we came

 we can’t remember

if we do or not.” Cookie began

“Funny kid,

but you better get out of here before.”

The security guard frowned as a chicken

Wearing a doctor coat walked over

to them and smiled

 “Welcome back,

I can’t wait to hear all about your trip

 how was it?”

“I’m sorry,

 but do we know you?”

 we can’t remember anything.”

 Cookie asked the chicken

“Oh no, that’s awful!”

 You really can’t remember anything?”

 The chicken gasped

“Nope,

only waking up inside some creepy

house

and having two bull dogs attack us.”

 Cookie started to explain

“Can you help us?” Daisy added

“Oh dear,

you better come with me right away.

 It sounds

like you’re suffering from some nasty

 major side effects.

The chicken answered shaking her head

Chapter 5:

On the way back to the lab the chicken

explained

That they had

been enrolled in a spy program for

the last couple of months

And have

 volunteered to try out their

newly highly

secretive time machine

That can transport you through

any time period you’d wish to visit

“But I guess

there’re a still a few bugs in the system.”

 The chicken explained

as they walked into her lab

“Oh great, so what

you’re saying is that we may never

 get our memories back.”

 Daisy frowned

“Well, hopefully,

 your memories are still programmed

 inside the time machine

You and Cookie will just have to go

back and get them back.”

 The chicken shrugged

“No way!”

I had enough of time traveling to

last me a life time.

I just want to go home and

forget this whole thing.”

Daisy sobbed

 “But if you don’t.

there’ll be no telling when you’ll or

if you’ll ever get your memories

 back.”

 The chicken started to explain

“What if there’s nothing wrong

 with the programming.

What if the machine was tempered with

To make it seem like there is.”

Cookie interrupted

“I highly doubt that.”

But before the chicken had a chance

 to finish

 Cookie interrupted her again

“Hey,

take a look at this some of the wires

 have been snapped off

Then place them back in the wrong color

 spaces, weird huh?”

Chapter 6:

Cookie turned around

and saw that the chicken was pointing

some weird looking stun gun in

their direction

“You two trouble makers should’ve

 stayed disappeared.

Instead of causing trouble my whole

 plans

are now ruined thanks to the two of you!”

“Whoa, it was you?”

you’re the one who did this to us!”

 Daisy cried out

Not to you,

I needed this program to fail that way

when the dust settles of how you

 disappeared

and how much of a failure the

 program was

“I could’ve sold the whole deal to the

highest bidder without any worries for

 begin found out.

 The chicken smirked

She was about to force them back inside

 the machine

 when Daisy and Cookie both

 suddenly attacked her

While Cookie knocked the stun gun

 away from the chicken.

Daisy pushed the biggest button that

 she could reach

Seconds later bright lights began flashing

and a loud buzzing sound drowned out

 the chicken’s horrified screams as

 she disappeared into the time

machine

Chapter 7:

A few minutes later another loud

noise startled

Cookie awake causing her to almost

 fall out of her bed

“Whoa, now,

that was the wildest dream I’ve ever

 had.

I can’t wait to tell Daisy all about

 it tomorrow.”

She was about to get out of bed

to have a drink of water

When her cell phone rang

“Hello?”

“Cookie, sorry, I know it’s late.

But I’ve to tell you about this

 creepy dream I just had

“First,

I woke up in some strange room.”

 Daisy began

“And you couldn’t remember how or

 why you got there.”

 Cookie finished for her

“That’s right!”

but how did you know?” Daisy asked.

 Cookie laughed

“Trust me. You thought that your dream

was weird just wait until I tell you.”
