Well I seem to be on a religious, maybe philosophical, rant. Who knows what brought it on?

The ripples moved in every direction

Causing waves and wrinkles in time.

If it was a song it would have been wrong

For the words could form no rhyme.

Some words were crafted long ago

And they have always caused a stir.

Like stately stallion with a beautiful saddle

But the blanket houses a bur.

I believe religion can benefit many

If the many have need in their soul.

They can be mended, or even up-ended,

But it worked for me, I know.

Some will lie for a means to an end

And others have an agenda to sell.

They live by the sword and preach a reward

For blowing themselves and others to hell.

And the storms move in every direction

Causing waves and wind to blow.

The boat they sell doesn’t float well

And was not designed by the GOD I know.
