Mankind is hollow, empty, we've lost our way,

yet some can't see it, these are the desperate days.

The wheel is spinning, this ship is going down,

no captain at the helm, in storm we've run aground.

Void of humanity screams injustice, retribution, and fear,

while those who care look in disbelief and tears.

Led by a wolf in sheep's clothing and a thousand lies,

tearing down the pillars, at least with glee he tries.

How have we come to this? This dawning of a new age,

the age of rampant ego, of negativity and misguided rage.
