Make no mistake, the fine-tuned articulation

Is not a luxurious nicety,

It’s how to cough the dark out

Finding the exact word to match

Puts a name to the vortex

That everyone has tried to tame

Drink, laugh, smoke, read,

Shout, climb, smile in silence, run

Make sense of it, take pride of it, figure it is

Everything and all there is

What we think we know

Makes the Creator of The Orchestra laugh

So where does my hedonism end?

And the pure adherence start?

When will a proper manual introduce itself?

What has been built in strickening shame and

what is absolute and always true?

The piety needs to shake hands with ferality

The moment we think we are more than

The thief, the addict, the whore, the beggar

The moment we think they don’t deserve everything

we have

We lose

“This is what was heard when He spoke,”

Who heard Him, though?
