I heard footsteps sound for the twefth time. I always hid in the closet, this time, I just became so tired, i decided to stay where I was and not move. I had no one to turn to, so I might as well leave this cruel world.

The footsteps were outside my room, I knew it was, it was fine though, I didn't care anymore. The door opened, revealing a tall man, like the guards, but he smiled the moment he saw me. No smirking. He came closer to me and bent down so i could see his face. He had warm brown eyes, like Mama, Daddy and Max, but he had blond hair... Like me...

"Don't worry... I'm just like you. I want to help you my dear." He smiled warmly at me again. It made my lips tug into a small smile. But it turned into a frown as i realised Mama was gone. I started to cry in front of the man, sobs scaping my mouth as i continued. He did somting I didn't expect he would. He hugged me and let me soak his white shirt with my tears. I pulled away from his embrace, although I wanted to stay there.

"Who are you?" I asked as I wanted to thank the man, he was nice, unlike those mean guards. He smiled and whispered to me with an angleic smile.

"Call me Buddy kiddo." I laughed. I like Buddy.
