It was such a gift

to have found my way,

to have endorsed my heart

into my faith.

Your eyes of gloom

have found repose ,

like drooping petals

reviving on a rose.

A pinch of faith

a sprinkle of sand ,

just enough

for my will to stand .

In static squelch

love alarms ,

but hearts sing out

in highway warm.

Calling forth

and back again ,

wondering when they'll find

their dearest friends .

Creation of life

a masterpiece,

from the depths of my soul

where my pride's unleashed.

The stars never end

but I know that I must go on ,

around the rivers that bend

into a home where I belong.

Secrets reveal

the deepest misery ,

an orphan love

in adopted memories .

In static squelch

love alarms ,

but hearts sing out

in highway warm .

Craving forever

tasting fate ,

when hunger strikes

will it be too late ?

It was such a gift

to have found my way,

with sprinkled sand

and a pinch of faith.

I stand up tall

next to everything ,

that I worked so hard

to pull my way.

I stand beside

my masterpiece ,

my creation of life

is my everything .
