I often find myself confined, four walls always surrounding me

Craving a freedom that is so rare now.

But there are days when I get behind the wheel and just drive

Taking roads I've been on before, or finding one I didn't

know of.

Those that wind through the country side...

Ones that go on forever, they call to me.

A promise of adventure...

I might find something nobody has seen before

Or that others have long forgotten.

The temptation whispers to my heart... "Go"..

No idea what I will find, but the path is too inviting

I cannot ignore it.

And so I drive down an endless road that calls to my restless Soul.
