Cruzing down flatiron Wind in my hair Country on the radio, I'll soon be there. You see me coming, waving real big. I lay on the horn and drive right in. BBQ going and damn it smells good! You ask if I want coffee, I nod I do.. We sit in the shade small talk all afternoon. Getting dark now about time to go. I love you baby you say I wish you could stay. I leave not knowing this was the last time we'd sit, in the shade with our coffee, but Dad I'll never forget.
