James came home from the pub half drunk, and started against his Russian wife. ''hello commie, you're not going to take me over.''
His wife as always knew how to deal with him. It wasn't the first time that he behaved in this way.
''Shall I make you a nice cup of coffeee, dear?''
''See, there you go again with your soft talk. That's exactly how you won me over. The psychological play on words. But I tell you, I love my stuff, I love to have plenty of possessions, and you people are not going to get your hands on it. In fact, I'm going to tell you, your system ain't going to work, we'll hit back.''
''Yes dear, I understand. How did your darts match go?''
''I'm not giving up anything to communism. I'm holding on to it.''  James sat down on the sofa. His wife and made two cups coffee. She placed them on the coffee table. ''Do yu want to have a small piece of my cake?'' She asked.
''That's all you're good for, baking, cooking, and trying to turn me into a commie.''
''Let me take your shoes off,'' she told him. ''You must be very tired.''
''Everything must be owned by the state. I'm not for that at all. My money divided up, after I worked so hard for it? They can shove it. Comrade James, Oh, no, I'm not falling for that. Trying to socialize in that way, is out of the question.''
James drank his coffee, felt bad and rushed to the toilet. After half an hour, he came out. ''This Karl marx and his ideas will be wiped out my head. Quite a few are already under the influence, they're crazy to let the powers have all the say, and take all the goodie.'' I'll talk more tomorrow,'' he said to his wife and went up to bed.
His wife tidied up and went up as well.

Violetta was a gorgeous Russian woman, she had married James after a courtship of one year. James knew that Russian women were homely people, interested in making a family and for making the home nice and comfy for her husband. She got on well with her in-laws, but with James after he had a few in him, it wasn't going so good. Taking all that he threw at her, she staayed cool and calm. Especially when he was angry at someone at work, he took it out on her.

The next morning at breakfast, he apologized to her for his bad behaviour and promised her that he would give up the drinking. She accepted what he said, and she knew deep within herself, he would not keep his promise. And because of love, she stayed beside him.

A couple of days later, he came home with a bunch of roses. ''Guess what?'' He said  to her, ''I'm now a communist. Signed up straight away.''
''What?'' She said, ''why did you do that, comrade James?''

The End.
