Her father stumbles in, alcohol's gone to his head His breath is a stain, of all the choices he fled He says, were not through, Yo gimme my bread I'll be done with you, only after I'm dead

Don't you worry baby, it'll be alright You know the drill, just grip thee knife Take your sister, and Just hold on tight Mamas gotta go please daddy tonight

But she says ,"No mama this isn't right" That man never loved you, Or was a Sober guy. He's mine, I'll do it, it's time for a fight I love you momma, hold my sissy till light

With that, she's gone, creep'n to his room If he'd ah been sober he'd ah seen his doom Only mama that heard the sound of the boom Another Pale Eyed Devil sent to his tomb
