In memory of the sweet times of mother's warmth...

A constellation that once was praised passes along.

An iceberg breathes a stinging breeze- sluggish but strong.

Even a baby snowflake dives into his home, where he belongs.

Yet the baby penguin felt something was wrong.

The penguin's eyes of clear window showed some fear.

A tear on the eye here, and another one there.

The loving mother penguin asked, "What's wrong, my dear?"

"Mother, Sing me a Song." said the baby, with his mother near.

Her melody of countless nights, weary yet divine.

The soothing voice that reigns the light, a gentle place where dreams align.

Her serene lyrics provides countless sights, a hill of harmonious design.

The finishing touch of a love that is alive, enough to make the child sleep tonight.

A constellation that once was praised passes along.

An iceberg breathes a stinging breeze- sluggish but strong.

Even a baby snowflake dives into his home, where he belongs.

The baby and the mother sleep together, with the end of her beloved song.
