Wallflower, wallflower, Creeping up the vines. Never growing too far, But not a ray could flower find.

Curiouser, curiouser, Bud inched along the side, Trying to peer beyond, What the walls try to hide.

Too late, too late, Blooming flower came, Hoping one day, To see some gentle rain.

Defiance, defiance, Flower grew too brave, Until the top it was, Flower thought to be saved.

Gently, gently, Life was given anew, Wallflower survived In a place no one .

Crumbling, crumbling, Under the pressure of the world. Flower wilted lonely, As its petals hurled.

Empty, empty, Nothing was there, Flower saw from above, With a dying stare.

Wilt, wilt, Wallflower did die, Alone by itself Still reaching for the sky.
