Age is a progression we all go through.

We climb mountains, dig valleys, to get somewhere new?

People take for granted the lives that they live.

They've got love; they've got laughter; they've got the ability to give.

As I sit here and write this poem today, someone's life is not blue with wonder but a slight shade of gray.

The food that we choose and the clothes that we try are not common to others who continuously wonder why.

Why do people fill themselves with greed?

Especially when your neighbor could be someone in need.

Take a look in the mirror, real close today.

Then go out and change someone's gray.
