INDEPENDENT WOMAN

I am not an independent woman!

I will not raise children all alone.

I will not be overly successful in an empty home.

I am not the foundation under nor the roof above

I am a pillar of rest being transformed by love

I am not an independent woman!

I will not treat you as less than a king

I will treat you as Lord Adam the first human being

I am here to submit to your every desire

I hope to be everything you ever thought of, the Lord's blessing from above

I am not an independent woman

I want, need and desire you, how could I not when everything I am is for you.

How handsome you are, the manifestation of your righteousness truly delightful.

I see you, the personification of original beauty, authority, and life.

I ask again how could I not need you, want you or love you.

I am not an independent woman

I envision your very essence as strong as nature wherever you are i am by, I am near.

I am made of your rib; I am wherever you are king.

I am not an independent woman

I long for the days to be among you, to ponder who you are, to discover what makes me you.

I want to be the crack in your smile, the glide in your stride.

I need to be the ease in your mind, the shine in your eyes.

I desire to be the peace you seek; the grace you need.

I am not an independent woman

I can't conceive the concept of this, such a delusion many can't shake.

I am defined, designed, and destined for a king.

I can't live, be truly alive without my beginning, who I came from inside. I am not an independent woman; this way I can't survive.
