Ghosts of Your Transgressions

Looking into the mirror

I don't like what I see

This person that is reflected

This person can not be me

What happened to the image?

The reflection is a lie

I could just turn away

But the truth I can not deny!

Break free from your obsessions!

Before they become your oppressions!

Let the ghosts of your transgressions

Be forgotten aberrations!

Whose life is this I am living?

No, it can not be my own

All my friends I must've offended,

Because I'm standing here alone

What is this monster I have become?

How many hearts have I left breaking?

I have to undo what I've damaged,

Before my soul is forsaken!

Break free from the chains of your addiction!

Live your life without restriction!

Free your mind of all conflictions!

It's time to begin your transition!

Break free of all your obsessions!

(Let go of your possessions)

Before they become your oppressions!

(And bury you in depressions)

Let the ghosts of your transgressions

(That haunt you in a mirror's reflections)

Be forgotten aberrations!
