Did you know that monsters were afraid of the light?
Did you know that the heart screams at night?
What if it all just ended?
What if that sea of dread just lifted?
I am not here.
I am just a mirror.
Of a shade.
Of a lost messenger.
Come clean and become clearer.
For that facade that is drawing nearer.
What if the world was upside down?
What if there was always such a frown?
Turn my words inside out.
To see if you can figure out.
My meaning is not so abrasive.
I only intend to be creative.
To bring a remedy to your pain.
There is so little for me to gain.
But your thoughts, your mysteries in tow.
I’ll always ask but never show.
Provide and you shall receive.
I have only just delivered my creed.
So little thought will lead to wisdom.
But knowledge will never bring you a kingdom.
