I am not a musician

Nor actor
Nor painter
I am a wordsmith
Who chips away at paper
Bending tightly on the ink
Frantic at the keys that hold a life hostage

I do not study the nature of men
Nor do I resuscitate their egos
A name is a name
A body a body
And neither I claim
But I do bend tight on the ink
At night and at day
Frantic at the keys that hold my life hostage
