A lone wolf scours the night,

But sleeps through the day,

Intimidating all the others,

Even in his slumber.

But in the night, he hunts for his food. Food for his thoughts.

No distractions, just actions, exactly how he prefers it. Nothing in the way.

He prefers the isolation, as that’s what his mind has processed forever.

He looks on his own, at his own kind, and does wonder for a moment if he will ever fit,
but shakes off the thought and continues with his constant trekking.

Nothing ever stays, as he drifts away.

He wants to be known this way all the while he lives, because he knows what he gives won’t last a minute in the cruel world he lives in.

Let him abide by his lifestyle for however long he must continue to roam.
